Responsibilities  

The Marketing Manager will be required to: 

 

  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop the company’s 5-year marketing plan and budgets with specific objectives across digital channels 
  • Plan and execute digital marketing programs and campaigns in collaboration with other company functions 
  • Prepare analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development 
  • Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for digital channels and assist in public-facing communications, including print, digital, and on-ground events 
  • Gather customer and market insights to prepare outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads 
  • Manage content and updates for the company website and social media channels, in line with business goals 
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights 
  • Manage external marketing, PR and digital agencies and other vendor partners to maximize ROI 

 

Requirements
  • Highly creative with proven success in identifying target audiences and devising conventional and digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Advanced level proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team working skills

Education
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s  degree in Marketing or a related field
Experience  
  • 3-4 years of experience in social media marketing management
Language  Excellent command over written and verbal English
